Integris Medical Office (case SP20Four-sixteen) was approved by a 4-0 vote and will move to the City Council meeting of May 12, 2025. City staff said the project site is approximately 4.4 acres on the south side of Integris Parkway, east of I-35, in an E-1 PUD zone within the I-35 Corridor District. The proposed building is described as about 58,000 square feet and between 50 and 59 feet tall; access will be provided via two driveways onto Integris Parkway. The applicant requested a variance to omit the required sidewalks along Integris Parkway; staff said pedestrian connectivity is provided internally across the campus and staff recommended approval of the variance.
