- Ordinance 94-25: Authorizing the mayor to enter into a contract with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the purchase of sodium chloride (rock salt). Moved by Councilor Thompson; passed 8-0 on first reading.
- Ordinance 95-25: Amending section 246.09 of the codified ordinances of the City of Lima (Public Works Department authorized employment positions). Moved by Councilor Thompson; passed 8-0 on first reading.
- Ordinance 96-25: Authorizing the mayor to enter a contract with Rosenbauer South Dakota LLC to purchase a custom pumper vehicle for the fire department. Moved by Councilor Wilkerson; passed 8-0 on first reading.
- Ordinance 97-25: Amending section 246.14 of the codified ordinances (Human Resources Department authorized employment positions). Moved by Councilor Glenn; passed 8-0 on first reading.
Additional action and housekeeping items included passage of Ordinance 98-25 (amending police department authorized positions) and Ordinance 99-25 (amending the 02/2025 annual budget) on first reading; both were recorded as passed 8-0.
