- Ordinance No. 12‑25 (Item 5B): Approved annexation of the larger Verrado‑area site (see separate coverage). This was the second required public hearing and staff reported no outstanding department issues.
- Resolution No. 14‑25 (Item 5C): Adopted a minor general‑plan amendment to change about 45.9 acres from “neighborhood” to “business commerce” as part of the Verrado‑area application.
- Ordinance No. 15‑25 (Item 5D): Rezoned approximately 160–168 acres at the southwest corner of Verrado Way and Yuma Road to Planned Area Development (PAD). The PAD prescribes permitted uses, limits certain warehouse uses and establishes development standards and phasing requirements; staff recommended approval, and the Planning & Zoning Commission had recommended approval for the associated cases.
All votes on the above items were recorded as unanimous voice votes.
