Council approves appointments, first‑read ordinances and six special events; public hearings set for May 5

Havre de Grace City Council on April 21 approved a series of routine and policy actions, including the appointment of a planning commissioner, the introduction and first‑reading adoption of two ordinances, and a consent calendar approving six special events.
