3) Resolution 10062502 — transfer from General Basic Fund to Secondary Roads Fund: Approved by roll call.
4) Resolution 10062503 — transfer from Rural Services Fund to Secondary Roads Fund: Approved by roll call.
5) Memo authorizing chair to decline participation in amended 28E agreement for the Eastern Iowa Ability Disability Alliance: Approved (voice vote). The board authorized the chair to sign a memo declining participation.
6) Acceptance of quarterly fee reports: The board accepted county reports of fees collected for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2025: Auditor $2,135; Treasurer $666,093.48; Recorder $72,217.14; Sheriff $19,418.64.
7) Approval of minutes of Sept. 29, 2025 regular meeting: Approved (voice vote).
8) Historic Preservation Commission signage: Approved placement and purchase of 20 historic signs (see separate item).
