Department of Transportation’s Integrated Mobility Division — evaluated how on-demand, app- or call-based microtransit could integrate with the county’s current fixed-route and demand-response services. AECOM consultants Erin Matthews and a colleague identified potential service zones, cost estimates, funding sources and next steps for a pilot. The consultants and county staff emphasized the acceptance vote was to acknowledge receipt of the study, not to authorize implementation or local spending.
