The board also approved a conditional use permit for vehicle sales at 3121 Holmgren Way (Luke's Auto) with a limit of seven outdoor display spaces, and accepted the partial completion of public improvements for Phase 3 of the Highland Ridge Estates development (Resolution R8-3-25).
