She told the board she tracked changes in library listings and said titles she associated with LGBTQ+ and young-adult searches increased in recent months, with her counts rising from about 123 to 329 for one search and 13 to 381 for another. Vance recommended supporting Senate Bill 74 and keeping local oversight of a single-county system.
