A motion to approve the three awards was made and seconded. During roll call one commissioner recused/abstained; the motion passed with four votes in favor and one abstention.
Commissioners congratulated the applicants and thanked them for attending. Staff will proceed with processing the conditional forgivable-loan paperwork for each approved applicant and return to the commission with any follow-up items required by program rules.
