Marshall County administrative hearing board members reviewed an appeal for 222 Shallow Drive in Plymouth on Sept. 17, 2025, with county staff reporting past flood damage and vandalism at the property.
The assessor's representative said the county visited the property in 2022–2023, and that a prior appeal in 2023 had resulted in a value of $67,700. The value rose slightly in 2024 and then decreased this last year; the county's Jan. 1, 2025 assessed value for the parcel is $63,900, the assessor said. Petitioners John Marshall and Wanda Christ did not participate in the hearing; the hearing notice was marked unclaimed after three attempts.
The hearing record shows the county holding that $63,900 value for Jan. 1, 2025 and no further action was recorded during the session. The board confirmed it was proceeding under IC 6-1.1 before concluding the item.
