The Hooksett Planning Board on Sept. 15 continued, at the applicant’s request, the public hearing for GR Development LLC’s commercial site plan for 267 Londonderry Turnpike (Map 25, Lot 20 and 57). The board accepted the continuance to the Oct. 20 planning board meeting after staff explained the project remains before the Zoning Board for sidewalk issues and that the board should wait for zoning resolution before further action.
A motion to continue to a date-certain (Oct. 20, 2025) was made by Jared Williams and seconded by Sheena Gilbert; the board approved the continuance by voice vote. Staff advised that the zoning board is scheduled to meet Oct. 14 on related sidewalk matters and that planning review should resume after that process is complete.
