Dayton commission OKs submission of HUD consolidated plan and accepts two Ohio traffic-safety grants

City staff said the consolidated plan is in final draft and that the action authorizes the city to submit the 2026 action plan and the 2026–2030 consolidated plan to HUD. "The action plan and consolidated plan are due to HUD on November 17," City Manager Miss Dixing said, and she told commissioners the draft and public-input survey are posted on the city's website and remain open for comment at comdev@DaytonOhio.gov.
