Madison County project to widen two bridges at Andor Road–North Old Canton Road intersection moves into right‑of‑way phase

Burt said the team currently anticipates acquisitions affecting about 10 parcels, and that those parcels have mixed zoning (transcribed in the meeting as “a 1, c 2 and residential zoning”).
The presentation also covers a planned stream realignment near the two bridges to reduce undermining and scour where the existing stream currently turns 90 degrees at North Old Canton Road.
