- Add-on: Amendment No. 3 to the Bridal Project MIP grant agreement (economic development): Approved. Amendment 3 moves a previously listed pre-award match by a private company to 2028 and requests a construction completion deadline extension to Sept. 30, 2026; the motion passed without objection.
