The packet provided to the committee included a map of the parking‑lot area the distillery would use.
The request sought permission to extend the distillery’s existing outdoor premise for dates during the 2025 Packer season. The staff presentation listed dates in the application packet as “September, October 12, November, and December.” The presenter also confirmed that the Village must specify the dates to the State and that the applicant will forward the village‑approved application to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue for state approval.
Committee members made and seconded a motion to include the 2025 Packer season in Timekeeper’s premise extension. The chair called for the voice vote and the motion was approved without recorded opposition.
The committee did not change the previously accepted outdoor premise map or the distillery’s interior operations, according to staff. The village approval is a prerequisite for the distillery to send the application to state officials for the Department of Revenue’s processing and final permit issuance.
No member raised additional conditions tied to public‑safety staffing, parking or sanitation during the events at the committee meeting.
Timekeeper Distillery will be responsible for providing the specific dates once the Packer schedule is finalized and submitting the village‑approved application to the Department of Revenue for state permitting.
