Mack replied that there was no definitive timeline yet and that the drafting process and market updates would inform it. The board also asked about the site’s current uses and logistics for the Chattanooga Lookouts baseball team, including equipment and office relocation; Mack said River City Company intends to be "incredibly respectful" of the Lookouts’ needs and noted an expected new stadium opening in June 2026 was part of planning discussions.
