SPRING HILL, Tenn. — The Spring Hill Municipal Planning Commission on Aug. 11 approved a consent agenda of subdivision and bond items, approved several commercial site plans and voted to forward two rezonings to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen with recommendations to approve.
The consent agenda included six performance-bond releases and two dedications for Brandon Woods phases, a performance- and maintenance-bond release for the June Lake water tank, two zoning text amendments to the Unified Development Code (UDC) (ZTA 18-71-2025 and ZTA 18-72-2025) and a site plan for a one-story, approximately 5,000-square-foot June Lake dental office (STP 18-37-2025). The commission approved the consent agenda by voice vote.
