The City of Collierville Planning and Zoning Commission heard an update Aug. 25 that Zoning Case 25‑17, an application for a membership‑based car club, remains tabled because staff has not received required materials.
Planning staff said the application was tabled at the July 14 and Aug. 11 commission meetings and that no new documents have been submitted for review. "We're still waiting for a site plan so we can review their drainage stuff," a city planning staff member told commissioners.
Because required materials are missing, staff advised the commission the matter will remain tabled and be taken up at the next regular meeting only after the applicant provides the site plan and supporting drainage information. No public hearing, motion, or vote occurred during the work session.
The update did not include a schedule for resubmittal or a precise list of outstanding items beyond the site plan and drainage materials.
