Westminster City Council approved on first reading Councilor’s Bill 28 to authorize the city manager to execute an economic development agreement with District Pour and Provisions LLC for the adaptive reuse of the building at 3053 West 100th Avenue, the former Low Dose Bar & Grill site.
Councilor DeMott moved the bill and Councilor Hock seconded. Brief discussion did not identify substantive changes; the motion passed on a 7-0 roll-call vote.
City staff will proceed to execute the agreement in substantially the form presented and return documentation as required by the city’s economic development procedures.
