Elkhart County commissioners voted Aug. 25 to approve a road impact agreement with Forest Lakes Homeowners Association Inc. and to award two consultant agreements for upcoming county road and bridge projects.
County Attorney Steve Olson told commissioners the road impact agreement governs private landscaping and other improvements within county right of way at two cul-de-sacs on Poplar Lane and Juniper Lane.
