- Approve personal service supplemental contract for Julian Savage as an instructional leader (grades 5–8 specials/electives) for the 2025–26 school year: motion carried unanimously.
- Approve personal service contract for Debbie Fox for pianist services funded by a $1,400 donation from the Fairfield Union Music Boosters: motion carried unanimously.
- Approve Richard Clark as a volunteer for varsity football: motion carried unanimously.
- Approve substitute classified list as presented: motion carried unanimously.
Following the votes on personnel and consent items, the board moved into executive session under the statutory citation recorded in the meeting to discuss the purchase of property for public purposes; the motion stated no action would be taken following executive session. The president noted the session could include a phone call to an attorney if needed.
Board members and staff noted the start of the school year has been strong, summer facility work is complete and community events are upcoming; the board acknowledged volunteers and donors who helped prepare facilities.
