- Van Pelt Planned Unit Development Amendment (PUD 2023-2): The board approved the major amendment to the PUD to allow additional uses on Lot 1 (including specified outdoor storage language) and to require change-in-use reviews before new uses commence (motion passed 4-0 with one absence). The board attached two conditions of approval, including submittal of a commercial well permit and building permit to convert a single-family dwelling on site to commercial office space.
