Baldwin Park council unanimously approves consent calendar and Habitat for Humanity tract map

The Baldwin Park City Council approved agenda items 1 through 13 (with item 4 pulled for brief discussion) by roll call Aug. 6, and later approved item 4, a final tract map for a Habitat for Humanity–Presbyterian construction project.
A motion to approve items 1–13 (except item 4) passed on a roll-call vote with the five council members recorded as voting yes: Councilmember Jean Amayala (Ayala), Councilmember Andrea Estrada, Councilmember Manuel Lozano, Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Damian and Mayor Alejandra Avila.
Councilmember Andrea Estrada introduced item 4, which the council described as the final tract map associated with the Habitat for Humanity–Presbyterian church construction site. Estrada moved to approve item 4; a second was recorded and the item passed on a roll-call vote with Ayala, Estrada, Lozano, Mayor Pro Tem Damian and Mayor Avila voting yes.
The council did not record any abstentions or no votes on these motions during the Aug. 6 meeting.
No secondary amendments to the tract map were recorded in the public meeting minutes. The council thanked project partners during the item discussion.
