Staff offered to accept the applicant’s materials by email to create a record of timely filing.
Garcia said he is a welder who planned to fabricate the gate during a brief visit; staff agreed to work with the family and suggested that administrative approval may be possible if the application meets standards, otherwise the item would appear on the next HLC agenda.
