Lourdes Vasquez, Governing Board member, announced the roll call and said, "we do have a quorum." Board members present at roll call were Brad Beach, Alma de la Riva and Lourdes Vasquez; Renee Ramirez and Ben Guerrero were recorded as absent. The meeting was convened and the agenda was adopted "as presented," with a motion, a second and voice votes recorded as "aye;" the transcript does not name the mover or the seconder.
Later in the meeting the board moved to "approve and accept and ratify the consent agenda as presented." That motion also was seconded and passed by voice vote; the transcript records the outcome as "Ayes have it. Motion passes." The transcript records no public commenters during the call to the public.
