The speaker said the project team hopes to have answers by the end of the month but that progress depends on agencies returning complete inventories.
On county invoices, the committee approved the monthly invoices by voice vote. One invoice tied to a tower lease with Civic Media was pulled for separate negotiation; county staff said they would seek a six‑month payment arrangement rather than a full-year payment because they do not expect to use that tower beyond six months. The committee voted to approve the remaining invoices; the Civic Media item will be addressed in follow-up discussions.
