New Providence reports kindergarten registrations and total enrollment ahead of 2025-26 school year

Current first‑grade registration figures are 83 at Salt Brook and 77 at Roberts.
Uglielauro told the board the district ended the school year with 2,206 students: 608 at Roberts, 560 at Salt Brook, 391 at New Providence Middle School and 647 at New Providence High School. He added there were 35 students in added district placements for a grand total of 2,241 students.
The district presentation gave those figures as raw counts and did not attach further demographic or program‑level breakdowns. No formal action was required on the enrollment update.
