Staff told trustees the village had originally planned to staff the project internally but multiple concurrent projects and resident concerns required outside oversight. The consultant will assist staff with construction engineering and project oversight during the phase 3 work. Trustee Sabri moved and Trustee Cordova seconded; the resolution passed on roll call.
Trustees asked no substantive changes to scope during the meeting and staff recommended approval to maintain project schedule and oversight.
The contract is limited to construction engineering services for the Ridge Road drainage improvements and is not a separate construction contract.
