Housing Administrator Matilda Horace presented the consolidated plan and annual action plan on behalf of Housing Director Tamara Colton. Horace said the CDBG entitlement program provides federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to support decent housing, community development and expanded economic opportunities primarily for households earning 80% or less of area median income.
