Commission approves Order of Conditions for Fayette Station at 28 Precinct Street after peer review

The Lakeville Conservation Commission closed the public hearing July 22 and issued an Order of Conditions for the project at 28 Precinct Street (Fayette Station) after two rounds of peer review and revisions.
Spencer Linz of Parr Corporation and wetland scientist Seabra Anderson described plan changes that resulted from peer review, including a 15‑foot wide berm around a proposed basin and an additional row of infiltration units for the underground infiltration system. Merrill Engineers’ reviewer Deb Keller said the revised drainage calculations and supporting materials were complete and recommended conditioning the permit to receive a copy of the stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) and the operation and maintenance plan.
The commission voted unanimously to close the hearing and issue the Order of Conditions with the commission’s standard pre‑construction, during‑construction and post‑construction conditions, plus the additional requirement that the applicant provide a copy of the SWPPP and the operation and maintenance plan prior to construction.
