Chair Laura said Otter Creek CUD’s grant closeout was presented at the Vermont Community Broadband Board and that the project came in under budget and ahead of schedule. "We were able to give almost $3,000,000 back to the state after not even taking our full amount," she said, and thanked board members for their work. The presenter said the CUD now meets quarterly rather than monthly following project closeout.
