The Council approved a request (TRP‑20539) to remove seven heritage trees in connection with the Wild Springs Phase 2 public improvement plans. Development Services staff told council the applicant had worked with staff to preserve a number of trees and that Planning & Zoning recommended approval of the requested removals.
The permit was considered at the construction‑plan stage; council voted to approve and staff will continue to monitor required mitigation and tree‑protection measures as construction proceeds.
