The council also approved a contract with Advanced Roofing Solutions for the Sanger Theater reroofing (211075) and Southern Earth Sciences for annual landfill sampling at Bates C and D and Hickory Street landfills (211077).
A resolution determining an appropriation to P.L. Wilson Detachment 447 (Marine Corps League) to serve a public purpose was approved (601113). Minutes show one recorded abstention: "Mister Runners, you're abstaining to 601085," indicating an abstention on item 601085; the transcript does not record an individual roll-call vote tally for most items, and the council used voice votes on many measures.
