The motion to delay and schedule additional review passed; one commissioner recorded opposition during the "all in favor" call.
Separately, the board approved two contracts with vendors identified as No Inc. and MicroVote for the purchase of equipment. The contracts had been reviewed by the county attorney's office; staff said copies were available to commissioners. The motions to approve the two election-equipment contracts carried unanimously.
The elections board will make its own determination on vote-center participation at a later date, county staff said.
