Church-membership discounts — No action: After extended discussion, the board declined to recommend council action to create a corporate-style discounted membership category for churches at the golf course and recorded that it would "take no action" on Agenda Item 9. The board asked staff to gather data and explore alternative promotions instead.
Procedural notes: No ordinances, resolutions or contract awards were approved at this meeting. Several agenda items (golf carts, pool site planning, park drainage) remain under study; staff were directed to return with spreadsheets, financing comparisons and engineered cost estimates where appropriate.
