The clerk read the continued case: the applicant, Guy Costanza, had asked for more time to obtain required documentation to support a proposed expansion of a contractor/landscaping business and the conversion of main-building space to professional or general office use. The applicant’s email to the board requested the continuance to allow procurement of a certified plot plan and other necessary documents.
Board members approved the continuance by voice vote. The applicant is expected to submit the certified plot plan and any supplementary materials before the Sept. 22 hearing.
