Council removes litigation item from open agenda, accepts planning commission minutes and votes to enter executive session

Third, the council voted unanimously to go into executive session under Idaho Code for personnel and for legal consultation related to litigation. The motion to enter executive session was moved and seconded; roll call votes were recorded with Councilor Freeman, Councilor Dingman, Councilor Francis, Councilor Larson and Council President Burtonshire voting in favor and the motion carried. The council stated it would not reconvene in open session afterward and planned to continue informal follow‑up in the council conference room prior to adjournment.
