Several members asked staff to examine whether the western extent of the historic district still makes sense and whether the district overlaps non‑annexed parcels in ways that complicate future policy. Staff said reevaluating the boundary may require additional study and possibly formal designation actions by the city and will bring existing nomination materials back to the committee.
