- North Summit Recreation Special Service District appointment: The council adopted Resolution No. 2025-19 to appoint Chantelle Guadarrama to the North Summit Recreation Special Service District administrative control board. Councilmember Megan moved the appointment, which was seconded by Roger; the motion carried by voice vote. The council amended the appointment motion so Guadarrama’s term would expire Sept. 30, 2028 (staff noted the item filled an unexpired term; the council chose to set a full-term end date).
- Personnel closed session: Council approved a motion to go into closed session for personnel matters (the meeting record shows the council moved and seconded the closed session motion and returned to open session later).
