DOT reports DBE attainment above federal goal; consultant and construction outreach planned

Evers noted interviews for a September 9 design solicitation (a structures design project referenced for Milwaukee River to Car Ferry Drive) and encouraged smaller DBEs to coordinate with primes who do structures work.
