The Town of Lakeville Conservation Commission closed its hearing Tuesday on a proposal for 301 Pond Lane and approved the project with conditions after peer review by Merrill Engineers and Land Surveyors.
Deb Keller of Merrill reviewed the applicant’s revised stormwater design and peer‑review responses on behalf of the commission. Keller told commissioners the revised plan meets the state stormwater standards applicable to the site, including groundwater recharge and treatment requirements for discharges to Outstanding Resource Waters.
