The Fort Pierce Planning Board on Aug. 11 recommended approval of Sunrise Village Apartments, a 106-unit multifamily project proposed at 3000 Okeechobee Road, approving a major site plan with Innovative Community Development designation and a request for a density bonus.
Arianna Hillard of WGI presented the application for Arrow Investment Group, LLC. The project proposes three multi-level buildings with 1- to 3-bedroom units, a clubhouse and amenities including a 20-by-20 gazebo, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, a tot lot, a fountain in a rear pond, covered bike kiosks, and a covered bus shelter.
