There were no public comments on the matter. Council member Henkel moved to approve the resolution; Mayor Pro Tem Schaff seconded the motion. Henkel said, "So moved." Schaff said, "Second." The clerk took a roll-call vote. Council member Wynne, Council member Marshall Shen, Council member Bridal Guedeo, Council member Ward, Mayor Pro Tem Schaff, Council member Lim, Council member Henkel and Council member Cohen each verbally voted yes. The clerk announced the motion passed unanimously, 8-0. A council member noted on-screen that the voting display showed an 8-0 result.
The council's action adopted the hearing officers' determinations and administrative denials as listed in the resolution and attached documentation. The agenda listed this as the only action item for the meeting; the meeting concluded shortly after the roll call and vote.
