Commissioner Jody Shannock McNally moved to approve the consent agenda "subject to the conditions and the staff reports and further move to authorize the chair to sign the findings and resolutions." The board voted aye and the motion passed 3-0. Planning staff noted consent items receive no separate presentation unless pulled for discussion; no items were pulled and no public speakers requested removal.
