Board members first approved the minutes from the July 16, 2025 meeting on a motion made by Rocky; a second was noted and the motion carried. The board then moved through reports from maintenance, work release and the warden.
In the maintenance report, staff described repeated failures and recent repairs on rooftop HVAC units and other large pieces of equipment.
