Council supports TREX liquor permits for former restaurant at US-23 North; police report no statutory objections

He also described the location in relation to the Delaware County Fairgrounds.
The city's economic development director confirmed the project met the state TREX statute's economic-development requirements and provided projected public benefits: about 25 jobs, $20,000 in unemployment tax, $75,000 in sales tax and $25,000 in state withholding tax. Council approved the application without objection.
