Ordinance No. 282‑2025 (fire mitigation fee collection) The council approved Ordinance No. 282‑2025, amending Section 3‑5.6 of the Clear Lake Municipal Code to allow the Lake County Fire Protection District to collect fire mitigation impact fees and to access a 2% administrative fee. Motion by Council Member Jessica Downey; second by Vice Mayor Slotin. Vote: unanimous.

Cal Cities delegate designation The council designated Mayor Kramer as the city's voting delegate to the League of California Cities annual conference, with Council Member Hooten as first alternate and Council Member Downey as second alternate.
