Commissioner Janelle Chase moved to approve the request as amended to RM‑6 CD with a conditional use for a professional office and office hours of 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; Commissioner Hinojosa seconded. The commission approved the motion by roll call.
Staff noted standard code constraints for conditional uses in residential districts include limitations on signage and building character; development code parking minimums for a professional office still apply. The applicant confirmed no new structure is proposed and that parking would be accommodated on-site via a rear gravel area and driveway. Notices: 48 mailed; 2 in favor and 1 opposed within 200 feet; Jefferson Heights and Harvard East Lawn neighborhood associations did not respond.
