The resolution authorizes: an across-the-board wage adjustment proposed at 2% effective Jan. 1, 2026, and up to 1.5% on July 1, 2026; a 1% adjustment to the salary schedule’s control point on Jan. 1, 2026, and 1% on July 1, 2026; and selected grade movements for specific positions. The resolution passed by voice vote, yays 13, nays 5.
