At the conclusion of its public agenda on Aug. 6, the Assembly Finance Committee voted to enter executive session to discuss enterprise financial reporting.
Assemblymember Bryson moved the committee into executive session, citing the statutory basis that “the immediate knowledge of which would adversely affect the finances of the municipality.” The motion was offered with a request for unanimous consent; no objections were recorded and the committee entered executive session.
The committee indicated no further public business would follow once the executive session began.
